The NKP boiler is a low – pressure boiler. It is a cheap source of thermal energy from process steam. NKP boiler can be coal or wood – waste fired and is used mainly in small or medium size production plants. NKP boiler can be additionally equipped with automatic coal feeder or wood – waste (wood shavings, sawdust, etc.) combustion system.
NKP boilers are designed to produce saturated steam 0.07 MPa pressure and temperature up to 1150C.
Boiler selection should be based on design documentation of the boiler room.

Type of fuel recommended for NKP boilers:
Hard coal 32.1 type, OII sort, 24/12 class according to PN -82/G – 97002, PN – 82/G – 97001, PN -82/G – 97003
Use of worse quality coal will result in the drop of thermal efficiency, and operating would be much more labor – consuming.
