PKC boilers

High – pressure PKC boilers are designed to produce process steam. PKC boilers are used mainly in the processing and food processing industry.

PKC steam boilers are produced at design pressure 0.6 and 1.0 MPa. They are built in a drum shape and are equipped with automatic block burners designed for fuel oil combustion, as well as combustion of natural gas GZ-50 and LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) Propane.

High – pressure PKC boilers are designed to produce saturated steam up to 1.0 MPa and temperature up to 1850C. Multistage oil and gas burners or dual fuel burners together with automatic control system guarantee fast start from cold state, fast adjustment of boiler efficiency to actual steam consumption by the device. It also ensures stable steam pressure in the technological system despite the variations in the steam requirement.
