PKW boiler

PKW steam boilers are produced for design pressure of 0.6 and 1.0 MPa. They are equipped with retort burners and designed to coal combustion.

PKW high – pressure steam boilers are equipped with automatic control system and designed to produce saturated steam at pressure from 0.6 to 1.0 MPa and temperature from 165 to 1850C. Coal burners together with automatic control system guarantee fast start from cold state and fast adjustment of boiler efficiency to actual steam consumption by the device. It also ensures stable steam pressure in the technological system despite the variations in the steam requirement. PKW boilers are universal sources of steam for variety of technological aims. Wide range of thermal power (100kW – 2000kW) and steam efficiency (120kg/h – 2400kg/h) makes our boilers suitable for small companies as well as the big industrial plants.
